Recently, Jinan Morinte Machinery Co,Ltd. completed the trial run and debugging of the plastic cutting and crushing equipment production line tailored for customers in Chile, South America, and is about to ship it to Chile. This customized solution, which includes two large-scale cutting machines , a 22KW cleaning machine, and a supporting dust removal system, has won high recognition from the customer due to its precise adaptation to local recycling needs.
This marks the strategic breakthrough of this enterprise, which has been deeply engaged in textile waste recycling equipment for more than ten years, in the South American plastic recycling market.
The plastic recycling industry in Chile is facing severe challenges: the country's annual plastic consumption is nearly one million tons, with the packaging sector accounting for 48%. However, the recycling rate of plastic packaging waste is only 7%, and 89% of the waste is landfilled.
In response to this situation, during the customer's on-site inspection, Morinte Machinery designed a targeted production line based on the specific scenario of plastic recycling and processing:
- The dual-stage cutting equipment adopts differentiated power configurations, adapting to the mainstream waste material processing needs of PE/PP/PET in Chile, and solving the problem of low efficiency in processing mixed waste materials with traditional equipment;
- Equipped with a 22kW high-power cleaning device and an efficient dust removal system, the dust emission is superior to South American environmental standards, echoing the Chilean government's policy direction to strengthen the management of plastic pollution;
- The entire production line adopts a modular design, with reserved capacity for future upgrades, aligning with the expected annual growth rate of 9%-12% in the South American renewable resources market

"The equipment from Morinte Machinery not only meets our production capacity needs but also understands the South American recycling enterprises' pursuit of cost-effectiveness," said the Chilean customer at the test site. During the trial run of the production line, the waste material processing efficiency increased by 15% compared to expectations, and the dust collection rate reached 98%. This recognition stems from Mote Machinery's technological accumulation: the company has been deeply involved in the research and development of recycling equipment for more than ten years. It has previously exported textile waste recycling equipment to countries along the "Belt and Road" such as Bangladesh and Pakistan, accumulating rich overseas adaptation experience. This venture into the field of plastic recycling fully demonstrates the versatility and customization capabilities of its core technology.
