As the high-performance fiber market in India expands at a compound annual growth rate of over 12%, and as the "Make in India" policy continues to boost local material innovation, a cross-border industrial cooperation is quietly blooming. This policy adjustment had an immediate effect, with a sharp increase in inquiries from the Indian market for high-quality Chinese chemical fiber processing equipment. The purchasing decision made by Indian customers this time is a strategic choice to seize the policy window period. According to the "Big Data Analysis Report on the Indian High-Performance Fiber Market", the demand for high-performance fibers such as para-aramid in the country is concentrated in areas such as bulletproof protection and automotive lightweighting, and the market size is expected to double by 2030. Polyester and aramid fibers are renowned for their high hardness and smooth texture. Traditional cutting equipment often encounters industry pain points such as side sliding, winding, and insufficient precision. The dedicated cutting machine sold this time is specifically designed for these high-performance fibers and integrates a number of industry-leading technologies: it adopts internationally advanced multi-piece alloy cutting tools, with a hardness 5 times that of ordinary tools, and a lifespan 20 times longer. This fundamentally solves the problem of fiber cutting loss; it innovatively applies the inclined spiral twisting rolling knife and the moving cutting design of the fixed knife cutting point, achieving continuous high-speed cutting, with a cutting speed of up to 240m/minute. During the on-site demonstration, the equipment demonstrated remarkable adaptability: for different forms of polyester aramid, the cutting length can be flexibly set from 4mm to 80mm. The maximum processing capacity per hour can reach 800kg, and the cut edges are smooth without adhesion or edge spreading, fully meeting the process requirements of downstream composite material molding. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with an automatic feeding system, an intelligent deviation correction device and an infrared safety protection system. This not only reduces the reliance on manual operation but also ensures operational safety under high-intensity production.
