Product Description

This is specifically designed to recycle and clean the soft cotton from spinning mills, the line can be used to clean sweeping, comber noil, linter, cotton dropping, card fly etc. removed the dust and metal parts which inside the material. Cotton bales have fed in bale plucker and detected by the metal and spark detector, then transport to the three sections cleaning machine and one section carding machine to remove the dust and micro dust, then to auto baling machine to be pressed. Whole line capacity 600kg/hr. This line can also equip auto dust baling machine for dust filter and collect dust from cleaning machine as request.

The flower trays of A002 and A003 are divided into three groups from the inside out, from wide to near, in order to evenly divide the cotton into small clusters. This rod cleaning machine mainly used to clean cotton waste which from ginning mills and spinning mills, cotton fiber transport through inner side beater stirred, dust removed though the under case (wire mesh, punching mesh or grib as request). This machine with good result to remove dust inside the cotton, beater cannot damage the fiber and can remove 60-70% dust.
