Intelligent fiber cutting machines are exported to Egypt, facilitating the upgrading of the textile industry in North Africa.

2025/09/28

Recently, the intelligent fully automatic fiber cutting machine produced by Jinan Morinte Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially dispatched to Cairo, Egypt, marking the successful entry of its independently developed fiber processing equipment into the textile market in the Middle East and Africa, and injecting "Made in China" power into the local industrial chain

The fiber cutter exported this time is an upgraded model customized by Jinan Morinte Machinery for the textile raw material characteristics of the Middle East and Africa (mainly cotton and flax). It has stabilized the cutting accuracy error within ±0.1mm. Moreover, it has specially optimized the high-temperature adaptability design - by installing an independent heat dissipation module, it can operate continuously and stably in high-temperature environments above 40℃, perfectly matching the production conditions in Egypt during summer.

"Egypt is an important textile producer and exporter in the Middle East and Africa. However, most of its domestic equipment is of traditional models, which have problems such as high raw material loss and low production capacity." The person in charge of Jinan Morinte Machinery explained. "Before this cooperation, we verified the core advantages of the equipment through online demonstrations and sample tests, and finally reached a cooperation agreement."

This export to Egypt is an important step for Jinan Morinte Machinery in expanding its market in the "Belt and Road" countries. In the future, the company will continue to launch customized fiber processing equipment solutions based on the climate conditions and raw material characteristics of different regions such as Southeast Asia and South America, to promote the deep integration of "Made in China" with the global textile industry, and help more countries achieve efficient and green transformation in textile production.
