Flax and hemp fiber recycling machine is a new plant fiber recycling equipment designed by us, material include flax, hemp, jute, ramie etc., consider the much dust inside the material, after soften the material, use the opener to tearing first, then feed to recycling line through cyclon chute feeder, in order to avoid different fiber surface, recycling line divided into four sections, 2+3+4+4 rollers with condensers transport can remove the dust well and get the clean fiber.
As request, whole line can be collocated with metal and spark detector, dust filter and auto baling machine, cutting machine, cleaning machine, carding machine.
