Fabric Recycling Machine line features advanced technology, good quality, and high output, making it popular both domestically and internationally. It is suitable for processing chemical fiber, glass fiber, jute, various types of hemp, yarn waste, hard waste, garment cuttings, denim, polyester waste, non-woven fabric, and more. The equipment has a reasonable structural design, stable operation, and is easy to operate and maintain, as well as safe and reliable.
Morinte Fabric Recycling Machine Line is an advanced, high-output industrial solution designed to process post-consumer old clothes and factory textile waste. Featuring heavy-duty mechanical opening and tearing technology, this eco-friendly production line efficiently converts garment cuttings, discarded clothing, and tough textile scraps into high-purity recycled fibers, helping textile manufacturers future-proof their supply chain for the global circular economy.
This premium textile waste recycling line is highly versatile and engineered to handle both single-material and complex blended fabrics, including:
Post-Consumer Clothing: Discarded old clothes, jeans, denim, sweaters, and bedding.
Garment Factory Waste: Cutting clips, yarn waste, hard waste, and fabric salvage.
Synthetic & Blended Fibers: Polyester waste, nylon, PC (polyester-cotton) blends, and various yarns below 40s.
Specialty & Industrial Fibers: Chemical fiber, glass fiber, jute, hemp, flax, and non-woven fabrics.
The output recycled fibers are high in purity and structurally intact, making them perfectly suited for re-spinning in the cotton spinning industry, or as raw material for the toy, footwear, and automotive insulation sectors.

To handle large volumes of old clothes and garment scraps efficiently, our production line integrates a smart cutting and opening system:
How it works: Bulk waste clothes and fabrics are fed onto the heavy-duty conveyor belt. The compressing belt tightly secures the material before the reciprocating upper blade shears it into pre-set, uniform lengths.
Capability: Excellent for processing tough materials and heavy fabrics (including carpet tiles up to 40mm thick) with a massive capacity of 800-1000 kg/h.
How it works: The pre-cut fabric segments enter the high-speed tearing cylinders. The heavy-duty metallic wire clothing opens the fiber lumps while centrifugal force separates heavy impurities (such as buttons or zippers).
Sieving & Classification: Opened fibers pass through a synchronized sieving drum. Fine dust and ultra-short fibers are vacuumed out through the screen, while qualified premium long fibers are discharged as the final commercial product.
Direct Factory OEM/ODM Capabilities: Located in China, our advanced manufacturing plant combines experienced technicians and an elite R&D team to deliver continuous innovation and custom line layouts.
Global Industry Compliance: We regularly showcase our machinery at international textile exhibitions, ensuring our mechanical tearing technology meets the strict carbon-neutral and eco-compliance standards of the global market.
Proven Global Trust: Partnered with a vast network of long-term overseas end-users, our machine structures are continually optimized based on real-world factory feedback.
Localized Technical Support: We minimize your operational downtime. Morinte provides dedicated, localized technical installation and after-sales service teams directly in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ is 1 machine. We cater to both small recycling startups and large-scale industrial textile processing plants.
Q: What are your standard payment terms?
A: We accept a 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance due before shipment. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) are also fully supported.
Q: How long is the manufacturing and delivery time?
A: Standard models (MKS series) typically ship within 30–45 days. Customized configurations or localized voltage adaptations may require additional time.
Q: Does the aggressive tearing process damage the cotton or synthetic fibers?
A: No. The progressive cylinder diameters (600mm to 250mm) and optimized wire angles are designed to maximize impurity and dust removal while preserving maximum fiber length and tensile strength.
Q: What is your warranty policy and overseas after-sales structure?
A: We provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty alongside lifelong technical support. Our local engineering teams in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other major hubs are available for on-site installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Q: What documentation do you provide for international import customs?
A: We issue a complete standard export package: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form E/CO), and all necessary safety certification reports.
