Materials process

Belt-Fed Shearing Cutter (Top Diagram)

Waste material is fed into the shearing zone via the feeding belt, secured by the compressing belt, and then sheared into set lengths by the reciprocating upper knife. The finished cut material is discharged through the outlet. This cutter is ideal for processing carpet tiles up to 40mm thick, with a capacity of 800-1000kg/h.

Opening & Cleaning Machine (Bottom Diagram)

Cut waste material is fed into the tearing cylinder, which opens the fiber lumps and centrifuges out heavy impurities. The opened fibers then enter the sieving drum for classification: dust and short fibers are removed through the screen, while qualified long fibers are discharged as the final product.
