Cotton Waste Recycle Machine(Opening Machine&Cleaning Machine)

This is a textile waste recycling production line, consisting of a cotton opener and cotton cleaning agent. The quantity of cotton openers and cotton cleaning agents can be adjusted according to the customer's final fiber usage.

This is standard 3+9 roller fabric and yarn waste recycling line can get capacity 350kg/h.
The recyclded fiber widly used to for yarn making, machine width can be 1000mm, 1300mm as capacity request.

The line include two 600x1000mm opening machine, one 600x1300mm opening machine, one 400x1300mm opening machine and eight 250x1300mm recycling machine. 250 roller with 8-10 circles wire and casting frame which can keep machine running stable.
